What do our Customer care agents do?
Help thousand of users
You will be a freelancer in charge of helping our customers’ consumers with their requests (eg. where is my order? How can I be refunded? Do you have this product in stock? …)
You'll support customers via email, chat or phone,
using tools and resources to deliver quick and accurate support.
Full flexibility
After completing e-learning trainings on your customers, you will have access to a knowledge base for each of them.
Whenever you want, you choose your customers and your working hours, day or night.
Get paid for each ticket solved
The price of each ticket depends on the ticket’s complexity, handling time, and your location. It varies between 0,40€ and 2€.
Earn up to 25€/h, with an average at 15€/h.
Get help from our Tech
Our platform helps you handle tickets as quickly as possible, to increase your payout.
The Onepilot technology, and its knowledge base will enable you to respond effectively to our clients’ user requests coming in via email, chat, or call.
